On the 12th, I ended my fast
I will begin again...
Date: 2/15/2008 2:02:36 AM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 1860 times until I am done with Humaworm. I know I was not hungry but I was feeling it far too often. When I did the MC back in 2006, on about the 4th day, the 'hunger' pangs stopped. I just missed eating then but was not hungry. I stayed hungry doing this fast and I believe it may have been due to the parasite cleanse.
I am going to stick mostly to salads and nuts...and I believe some oils, until I go back on the fast. I released 17 pounds when I stepped on the scale on day 12. I can imagine what it will be like when I do the fast for 30 days~!
I have been using castor oil on my belly. I wear it while I am working, so no hot treatment. I believe it will be effective due to it absorbing through my stomach though. Using that and the Humaworm, I feel it will help with the parasites even more effectively. LOL If not, I know castor oil will help in other ways!
I just got a book called "Fasting" by Jentezen Franklin. He is a pastor. It is pretty interesting. Although I am not big on the 'fire and brimstone' attitude in it, which is not overpowering in the book. The rest of it is very good read.
I am hoping after reading it, I will have a stronger sense when I begin the fast again. Actually what I have read so far, I do see that it will help with fasting. It also has brought up a few things I have questioned lately. "Ask and Ye shall receive... Seek and Ye shall find..." Just pay attention and the answers will come. This book is answering and I am paying attention :D!
