Number 5 and kinda rough in the evening...
Food, please!!!...okay, no I will (mostly) resist...
Date: 2/6/2008 12:23:06 AM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 2106 times The day began very good. After I showered and got moving, had a juice, Son had made up. It had a cucumber, celery, some parsley and a banana. It was pretty decent. At any rate, it kind of made me jittery, after a while??? So, when I got home from errands, I had about 8 ounces of carrot juice, organic, hfs bought. That was very good! Then, I had 2 T. of molasses. I took with me to work, 12 ounces of prune juice and water. I felt like I was 'starving' this evening.
No matter how much water I consumed, or even the prune juice, I kept getting 'hungry'. A friend bought some packis for "Fat Tuesday" and I was so tempted to have her allow me some. I stayed away from her..lol.
So, it dawned on me, as I was walking to get my coat and stuff...it is not I that is 'starving'. It is my inhabitants that are freaking out because not only are they not receiving their daily 'nutrition' from me, they are also being fed 'poison' and are dying! I am not sure if what has been in my bms have been parasites or food from Thursday...LOL...but I imagine, it is a combination of both.
I used the detox pads last night and when I woke up, I felt pretty good. So, maybe between the Humaworm and the pads and everything else, the false 'hunger pangs' are a result of the unwelcome guests being shown to the door!
Although, I did come in and get my evening Humaworm, I also stuck my finger in the frosting that Son left...twice. LOL OOOPS! I did drink more water and have left the kitchen to stay away from more.
So, I want to share a little of today's happenings. I went out to do some errands. I returned something I bought because I realized I did not have the whole thing. After I did that, I went to the lottery counter and figured what the heck. I bought an instant ticket for $2 and an easy pick for the mega millions (one buck). When I got to work I checked the instant and won $5. So, whether I won (have not checked) or not on mega, I did win my money back with a gain of $2.
Then I went to other store to buy some bed raisers and expected to pay 10 bucks for them. They were $8. I was having such a LOA day, it was great. Then went to yoga studio to pay for class and get a CD that I heard on Sunday. The woman that works there is having a raw food class at the end of the month...Italian!... I told her I could not attend due to not eating and I had another commitment, which could have still be manageable but her last class the food was awesome! I asked her if she would sell recipes and she did, so that worked out. I got a check in the mail the other day for just over $7 that was not expected, also, so went to cash that! It was just a great, thankful kind of day!
I am glad to say I have managed another day, without chowing down on whatever was in sight! On the day before Lent, I usually do, so that I can stop eating whatever it is that I choose for that year. Someone asked me, what I was giving up this year, I said food!...at least until March 1st, if not longer.
