Am I on a fast? Or a low calorie diet?
Sounds like a low calorie diet...

I had the fingerful of peanut butter again. I also went to grocery store for Son, bought some hamburger and ate some of that when I was seperating it to put some in refrigerator and in freezer...yes, raw. Hmmm, I should have checked my iron level. At any rate, I also bought some cereal for him or me, after fast. It was granola with almonds and dates. I had some! Now, with that said, I have a throbbing headache? I guess even though it was like some handfuls whatever was in it, is what my body does not like. So, those are going to Son or out. I did have a tablespoon of molasses too, for the low iron feeling.
So, I am going to begin again, tommorrow. When I wake up, I am going to state my intention. I am going to state my emotional level of acceptance to being on a fast and cleansing my body.
I desire to do this! I just haven't done it completely. February 11th will be the day, I start a fast, not a low calorie diet! LOL Although I didn't do too bad with cleaning out some!
I am doing HW, still. I am doing foot pads, still. Tomorrow, I will add Schulze's L/G and Blood formulas. I may add a drop or two of iodine OR peroxide. Will 'test' those 2 and see if or which I should do.
I am going to begin exercising. I love walking but the weather was very bitter today, so if it stays this way, I will just do a dance tape or something in the house. I am hoping this helps with the 'hunger bites', as well as doing physical exercise to tighten my body.
I do feel light today. The clothes I put on for my Tai Chi-Chi Kung class feel looser. So, I am releasing what I no longer need. That is a good thing.
I also have 2 new clients this week! I am loving that. I am opening myself to receive more clients as well.
Until tomorrow, have an Awe-filled Life!
Peace,
Beth
