im still fasting just havent posted lately

well sorry i havent posted and yes im still fasting just been sleeping A LOT...i had a bm today, ive cooked the last couple nights, been wanting to make a quiche and a pizza, that went well supposedly it tasted good. unfortunately i will be having to walk a lot now. not thrilled about that mabe ill get bursts of energy though. i possibly will have some blood work done to make sure everything is going ok for me on my insides. has anyone had abnormal blood results and continued their fast?
