feeling pretty weak this morning

im glad i pulled through last night ok..im pretty sure that was all emotional hunger but i woke up feeling pretty weak. when i went to the bathroom i noticed my urine was darkish sort of brown...ive been urinating alot so i know im drinking enough water but im hoping it was brown because of detoxing or could be old blood -_- havent had any bm's my face/skin looked great this morning especially under my eyes.my tongue also still has a white coating on it.. im going to nap now..im very weak and tired
