so far so good with the water fast

hi everyone, ive actually already started this fast, and want to continue so that i can grow spiritually, mentally, and physically. i have not really got any urges to eat well i have but when i do i drink water. its been abit harder to fall asleep and i havent felt weak nor have i felt strong. i am 19 years old 5 foot 9 and 180lbs..if anyone needs support or would like to give support all is appeciated! AND i will try to post every day
