Day 6:(7:00 pm) doing good

Not hungry today, but wanting to eat food

Well today was good, i went to a restaraunt to pick up some food for a few people, got emotionally hungry but got through that. someone did tell me my energy level was lower than normal. which i do feel i also could not fall asleep last night it took me about 7 hours so i woke up and used the computer, also a few times when i went pee today my urine had a greenish tint to it, im assuming thats due to all of the toxins passing through my body. i googled green urine and found this info on a page:

"A urinary tract infection, bile problems and certain drugs can cause the urine to turn greenish. A brighter green color is an indication of an excess of B vitamins."

but i wasn't weak today which was good. i didnt feel particularly strong either pretty lazy i would say. i will post back tomorrow
