Days 26, 27, 28, and 29.
Weigh in...what I am eating to break my fast.
Date: 1/2/2008 12:55:32 PM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 7903 times I kept the same routine these days while breaking the fast. I started each day with a juice, but then added the juice to a banana in the blender to make a smoothie. I had at least a gallon of water each day, and finished the day off with grapes, or a raw walnut mushroom veggie puree from whole foods. I also snacked on some date balls(raw) and made some raw hummis with flax seeds. Every little thing I nibbled on was raw. I have not had any processed food or meat. I am looking forward to the salad I am going to have tommorrow with my family. I have not gained any weight and my bowels are working well.
