I am not sure if you got my message but what I was saying to you is that after you get past day five, It gets much easier and it seems like days 6-16 were the easiest for me. after day 16 I started obsessing about food for a couple of days it was all I could think about, but by that point, you will probablly find that your willpower is strong enough to say no pretty easily.
