I am fed up with weight gain!!

After the pure gluttony of Thanksgiving, I made up my mind that I was sick and tired of my excess weight gain and drove to whole foods, stocked up, and prepared for my 30 day juice fast. I was 118 only two years ago when I got married and can't believe the weight I have put on! I refuse to do this any longer.
