why does this happen

After I am on a role I get kidneys stones this weekend..

OK so this weekend I had the worst case of Kidney stones. I had chills and was vomiting and so nauseous I had to break the fast and eat some toast. I couldnt stand it. Anyway I am having a procedure this week to remove them .. One is large and is stuck. I will try again. Now they gave me both pain meds and meds to help me pass them naturally both should be taken with food. So Not sure what to do.. I am sooo dissappointed but I am not quiting..I will be back.. Stay tuned..
