prep day for my journey

Today I took the day off of work to mentally and spiritually prep for this journey. I took a smooth move tea in order to clean my bowels a little. I am going to read up on things and rest in order to endure the next several weeks of temptation and trials especially because of the holidays.. But I believe if I start now and overcome the holidays then I can go into the new year with a better mindset and be able to see this through. Tomorrow is Dec 13 and I have 20 weeks to be 130. I dont have my exact starting weight but I am sure I am in the 180s... UGH .. I have never been this big unless I was pregnant .. Mind you I am only 5'3 always put 5'4" until the doctor busted my bubble. I have always wanted to be 5'6" 5'7" that is a great height.. Not short stubby but not too tall... Anyway its 2pm now and I dont plan on eating anything the rest of the day. I did have something light this morning because of the tea bubbling in my stomach. But from this point on I am committed.

Father I claim your promise that if I commit my plans to you that they will succeed. So I commit this plan of reaching health and fitness is committed to you. I want to be an example of treating my temple as I should. Please guide me and help me through this time of temptation and renewal. As i overcome the flesh and work towards self discipline. Thank you for blessing me and opening my eyes. In Jesus Name AMEN!!!!
