Day 3

my third day of juice fasting.

I have a horrible headache but other then that I feel fine. I am at 234.5 this morning. I will be going to the gym again today. So, when you are doing a fast and you have a headache, you shouldn't be taking aspirin, right?
Tomorrow I eat fruits and on friday I start the purification plan from Rodale. 7 days of eating specific things and a total of 1200 calories a day. I did it before, it is very good.
Have a nice day people. I am sure I can do the full day today as well.
I am doing this also for my mom. A small sacrifice so that she can be healthy. The tests will come back negative. Thank you God. And we will get the positive answer today for my lovey. Thank you God.
