first evening

It was not too hard. But I am hungry now. I will go buy some cranberry juice for tomorrow because that is what I crave.
I was really tempted this afternoon when my daughter asked for a clementine. Well it is not that I was tempted but rather that I almost put a piece of the clementine in my mouth out of habit. I had to actually stop and think about it.
My bp is 168/83 63. But since I have to pee every 10 minutes, I am taking my bp on a full blader. :)
