Day 3
day 3 was interestingly hard

Had a horrble night - bad sleep, nightmares, woke up several times.
This morning was super-tired, sort of hangover. Felt so sh*tty, that didn't even want to think of any juice or walking or anything. Didn't think of food either, though. was just drinking water. With some lemon.
By 1 pm I really felt like crap - dizzy, tired, couple of zits on my face (usually have a very clean skin). After reading some blogs here (thank you all - they always re-motivate me!), decided that this is the effects of detox and I just have to be happy about it. So I took a hot bath.
At 2pm I added a drop of honey in my lemon water (warm water, by the way, because I am constantly freezing). I don't know if this was honey, or bath or a combination of both - but I felt totally different in about 20 minutes. My energy came back. Not only I went for my usual very fast 40 minute walk. Later went for another, this time 1 hour long walk. I was surprised myself at how rapidly and drastically i felt better. I wonder what it was.
Anyhow, I continued with lemon water and honey and didn't feel much hunger (especially after the walks).
One thing for sure - I could have not done this if I didn't have time off. First - I felt crappy, secondly - imagine sitting in the office during lunch-time with all the people eating in - ahh, the smell alone would have gotten me crazy.
I think it was easy for me to stay away from food, because I tried not to be around anyone who was eating. Passing by restaurants was hard enough, I sort of held my breath. : )
Well, I am pretty impressed with myself, and definitely happy that the feeling nasty part was over. Hate being sick or hangover and that was like being both at the same time! (and no benefits of fun memories from the night before) ; )
