I wish I had read this before you decided to end your fast. A warm sea salt enema will be of immense help in relieving some of the symptoms you experienced, such as a hangover type feeling, coating on your tongue, and craving to eat.
I personally find a daily enema while fasting to be an essential part of the success I have experienced in the fasts I have done over the years. Once you become accustomed to the enemas they are not at all uncomfortable or unpleasant. In fact, I actually look forward to my daily enema, and I'm not the only one.
Give it a try the next time you do a fast.
