day two, hard but manageable

Day 2 was hard, but not hardER.
Weight: 183.5 Lbs (down 2 Lbs from Day 1 - which I am sure is all water). So didn't get too excited.
Made a lot of fresh juice:
1 beet (large)
2 large carrots
1 celery bunch (maybe it was a bit too much celery)
1 lemon slice
Surprisingly, it was a lot of juice - so I put some in a thermos (gotta keep it air-tight) for later.
Went for a brisk 40 minute walk. Was noticeably more tired, and at some points even light-headed. Not the usual. Must be the detox. My mouth and teeth feel coated, I keep brushing my teeth and rising - but no white coat on the tongue or any smells - it just FEELS weird.
Did 25 minutes of Yoga afterwards. The rest of the day - water, juice, herbal teas. Thinking of food - mainly when see it on TV or read about it.
Around 4 pm almost gave up (just craved a simple apple - I think what I miss most is the feel of solid food), but went online and read some bloggers here for motivation. It did help.
So here I am, 20 past midnight, I am in bed and day two is over and done with.
I don't know how long I would go, I didn't want to set a numerical goal, because the minute that would happen I would set myself up for a failure. So I see how long I can go. Anything is an achievement.
Though I am sort of getting sick of that juice... : )
