TimeLine TherapyTM is a process, developed through an understanding of how the brain works and forms our subjective experience. It is an inherently hypnotic process for releasing Limiting Decisions.
Limiting Decisions are what holds our problems in place. The way they get formed is: Generally when we are very young something occurs which we can’t assimilate for one reason or another -- perhaps it’s too intense or overwhelming, an ... read more

Rededication of the Temple--
the Temple is the Body in these times.
Historical:
Chanukah commemorates the rededication of the Temple in Jerusalem in 165 B.C. after its desecration by the Syrians. The eight-day observance stems from what is said to be a miracle in connection with the relighting of the N’er Tamid, the oil lamp in the Temple that was supposed to never be extinguished. Every New Years Day I visit the Butcher family in El Cajon
for a wonderful Kawanzaa celebration of the final day.
History of Kawanzaa:
In 1966, Dr. Maulana Karenga created Kwanzaa as a response to the state of Black America. With the riots that had recently taken place in Watts, a neighborhood in Los Angeles, Dr. Karenga and his ”U.S.” movement felt it necessary to respond to the Black Power movement and struggle. Going in with you. Sexy poem
for Christmas
If you were here
on Christmas eve,
we would listen to spiritual Lessons.
We would lay in bed and light candles.
I would give you space to tell me
all the reasons you felt like being alone tonight
and all the hurts you’ve had from Christmas past
growing up in this world that screws up
the deepest meaning of all religions
and makes most of have bad feelings about the Holidays.
I might touch your body if you felt like
it, or just wear white robes and let you
lie on the girl side of the bed.
And if perchance in the middle of the night,
you had a change of mind and wante ... read more

Oops, mixed metaphors!

Gosh, I wonder how many of us have had
hurtful and sad feelings around Christmas
because we felt left out because we were the

When I was a kid, I grew up in East Los Angeles.
Even though my father was an Orthodox Jew,
we were never left out of the Christmas of our
neighbors who were catholics.
There was always a present for us too!

I was inspired to do this little tree hugging ritual.
We are going to have an open mic following a ritual
scheduled after drumming.
So, I am printing the story about a Christmas Tree

We are Love as we are a part of God. Because we loved, we stood before our Mother-Father God in Heaven and said, ”I Love it here, but I feel I’m needed on Earth. Maybe if I go people everywhere will remember we are all One, and when we do it’ll all be so beautiful.”
And God said, ”Gee, it’s a risk, you know. If I blow out your light, you’ll be in the dark. There a good chance you won’t remem ... read more

Toward the end of hte Fall season, I was running on empty.
The most significant thing I did, when my batteries

This exchange lifted both of us in many ways.
