Non Profit Status 18 y
Exploring choices for living here and there.
I have a lot to think about regarding the future of the house
here. Had a good talk with Co-owner Sanda and we
looked at different choices for my purchasing this place,
having a condo of my own in San Diego out of profits,
living part time in M County where she also has a co-housing
community, and part time in the summers at Dragon Belly
Farm near Port Ludlow on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington.
There is a 39 acre parcel there in Washington that is
absolutely a stunning piece of land with ponds and redwood
forest, and lots of trees and blackberries during the summer.

Biting the 3HO 18 y
Biting Each Other, means getting bitten...
Seeking Truth where it can be found.
My two cents worth:
I had an inspired morning and was about
to post a very provacative poem with an outrageous title.
Yikes! Then, I started reading some of the Blogs
on 3HO.
I got to scared to post!
I was just touched by this image
on friend Makeda Dreads site
of the World Beat Center:

This symbol cautions against provocation and strife

know to call? I wanted to leave a message
on her cell, but the mailbox was full?
She said that the event in Balboa Park yesterday
was a Major spiritual happening.
They had Gospel, Reggae, R & B and Hip Hop.
It was streamed llive over the internet.
Many of her programs are so you can see them

Medicine takes its cues

GHOST WRITING SCIENCE
This article is excerpted from
an article co-authored by
Dr. Carolyn Dean.
Late in 2005, two additional scandals broke, the first illustrates how the academic world protects its source of income provided by the drug industry. At Sheffield University in Britain, $252,000 was offered to one of its senior medical professors, Dr. Aubrey Blumsohn. This payment, along with a contract, was to secure his silence about his claim that scientific misconduct had occurred when Proctor & Gamble Pharmaceuticals (P&G) refused to allow him access to key data and then attempt ... read more

In recent days, Carolyn and I learned that popular health freedom radio show host, Robert Scott Bell, selected Carolyn’s book, Death by Modern Medicine, as “Top Book of 2005.” Here’s why he selected it:
”What can I say about a book that puts such accurate perspective on a wrongly deified profession? Not only can this book save your life, but it could save this nation. Chronic illness and chr ... read more

Birthday Celebration
I thought I might be down in Balboa Park.
I am near completing the Carolyn Dean photos
that I began this morning.
Lots of interruptions.
I am listening to a favorite Buddhist meditative
peace by Jonathan Goldman,
while completing these photos.
I could have gone down there to the Park
and felt a bit ashamed that I am allowing feelings
to keep be from being comfortable at a celebration.

Being here for me
9:06 Am
A chill in the room this morning
as I get out of bed out of a long
session working on myself.
FIrst thing I want to make of this day
is finding some photos I owe a doctor
named Dean.
I am so apologetic.
These photos got away from me
last year at the Natural Product Expo West.
I took them in the Press Room.
I have to find her business card.
I have to find the photos.
There is a family outing at the Worldbeat Center today,
music.

Limited Beliefs 18 y
Exploring limited and unlimted beliefs
Work up this morning with a feeling of discomfort
as if something I wanted very much was absent.
I remembered a conversation I had yesterday with
Jane Cohen, a counselor, who does work with limiting beliefs.
I took a little time before getting out of bed to write
out some of the limiting beliefs I was feeling.
My body was responding/reacting to these beliefs.
I ended with some Unlimiting beliefs:
I am here for me now.
What others call a Higher Power
is inside me.
I can do this.
I touched the skin of my heart.

Ate Good 18 y
Feeling like eating better...
I know a lot of us deal with emotional eating.
I went to this party last night.
I had a headache most of the evening,
before I went in.
I decided to eat simply.
I avoided all the party foods.
I was in a mood to be kind to my self.
I just ate some cooked beets, red,
bloody red beats, a plate of them,
eaten by me
Some Garden of Eatin blue corn chips...
I like the ones with no salt.
I recommend this brand for corn chipparue eaters
and then I splurged on a ripe Zapote
that was hiding in a corner...
Do you like Zapote’s?
They are like custard.

Wild Man feelings.
There’s a damn good party 100 miles from here

I was up till 3 AM last night rolling around

I let it. I mean poking him with my fingers,
and then he would roll over and release all this
pent up energy.
My shoulder started to let go.
Shivering shaking, even premediated felt good.

I am feeling anger and outrage.

Fear. I have been running a lot of it the last month.
It goes right into my shoulder.
I am feeling a lot of movement of energy today,
some raw power.
I am feeling some BIG anger.
The Crack is where the anger goes,

Loose Rump 18 y
Nikken Magboy tool is loosening up

but there is a knot there.
I have been using the tool called a Magboy.
It seems to be loosening up my shoulder
that has been really stiff with arthritis and muscles
for sitting here at the computer.
My stress goes into my shoulder...
Date: Wednesday 24 August, 2005Review:
My old horse has arthritis and is very stiff in her hindquarters. After rolling the magboy over her rump for a few minutes, the muscles loosened up beautifully, and she loved it. I have been using it daily for only a few minutes and she appears to get a lot of relief.
