Anger and Outrage

to us when we own our disowned parts.

Haven't been in touch with my good friend
and mentor who pointed out I am afflicted
with "Not Enuf!" dis ease..
He gave me a scholarship to go to his workshop called

Healthy Anger
Healthy Fear
Healthy Sadness
Healthy Envy
Healthy Jealousy
and if we do not own up to these things
we do abhorrent things to our world.
Bill has the world in his hands, it appears from this end
and has raised three healthy sons.
When the Suname (sp!!) hit in Asian he was right there
helping people hands on.
He once had a project to Save the Oceans.
He wanted to declare a day of silence from all shipping
so the whates and dolphins could hear themselves not think.
He has a best selling book.
I am pissed at having so many talents.
I am grateful for the love and lusciousness
I have received from life.
I want more.
