who hosted a David Wolfe event at his
house a few years back.
I have known Barry for more than 25 years.
His personal growth allows him to live in
a balanced manner on Raw Foods,
and he says he is getting more love now than ever.
He works the Farmers’ Market in Hillcrest every week,
and also manages another market.
A key to his balanced life is lving with his own trees.
Barry had his 60th Birthday party last year.

We are in draught conditoins now in Southern Cal.
You can help by shopping your Farmers' Market
and praying for rain.
We are having some especially warm winter
days. The nights get very cold,
but little rain.
This time last year there was 11 inches of rain,
Joe the Farmer tells me. This year we have 1 inch
of rain.
This creates a need to spend more money on
water and this drives prices higher.

The Vehicle I drive seems to
be senstive to the state of my inner energy.
I got to ride to the Farmers’ Market today with Norah.
On Friday, I could hardly shift gears in the EG Mobile,
my 68 VW van.
Have you notticed a connection energetically between
the places you are stuck in your life and the machines
around you?
what the Bleep, it doesn’t take too much to influence
the physical world, and the physical world energetically
is talking back to us.
Winter is all about staying in first gear.
I have been forcing the issue, doing too much
and making myself unhappy.

A woman in her prime is coming over for some
photos. I'm looking forward to this.
Got a call back from Wendy,
beautiful Wendy.
She asked me if I would take photos of her
last weekend when I was at the Goddess Temple.
She left the party early. Then I got a call that she was
heading North, but wanted to take photos when she got
back from helping a friend.
I called her. She called me back from the road on
her way down from San Francisco yesterday.
We made a date to meet today at 2 PM
here in the garden.

Happen to be moving around,
doing some things around the house
this morning.
New Housemate Norah requested some freezer space
and so I enjoyed the RELIEF emptying out old things
left for the ETERNAL LIFE in the frig.
When you freeze bananas...
the way to do it is take off the outside skin.
Then put them in a plastic bag.
Make sure you take off the outside skin before you
freeze them.
Grapes are another food that can be frozen
and make wonderful treats, I am remember now
as I sample some. Little Popsicles.

Today is trash day
and I hauled a number of our black cans out
to the street.
Two nightmares last night,
the second problematic.
I was feeling the energetics of my space.
the lines, the corners, the 90 degree corners
of this computer that I sit at hour by hour
but for respite.
I have been working in this room it feels since
early December either decluttering,
working with records, or pressing myself
to work on different projects that feel like they
all have seeming deadlines made up in my own head.

IT is possible to

I am in disbelief. IT is hard to imagine
what I imagined and did last summer.
Just pulled an Archangel Oracle Card from Doreen Virtue’s deck.
It is Archangel Raguel. ”Everything is how it needs to be right now.
Look past the illusion, and see underflying order.”
Boy, do I need that card right now.
I feel possessed by God at times.
I become an instrument of that underlying order.
