Heaven inside us
Heaven inside us,

The truth is we all have Heaven inside us.
Under the right conditions,
we can connect body, mind, and soul
and be one unbroken wholeness in flowing movement.
Heaven on Earth is called the Enchanted Garden.
You have the Enchanted Garden inside you.
You have it between your toes when you walk
barefoot in soil.
You have in in your pelvic region when you share
love with someone you really can love.
You have it in your when you have the courage
to breathe through, and work through all the
repressed emotions that are stored inside you
when you choose to be intimate with another human being.
You do have Heaven inside you,
and heaven can come through you and connect
here on earth when your body lets in through.
I have been feeling a deep desire to let it through.
I want to move, and laugh and take motions
in different ways. I want to use this rebounder
here I get stored under my bed.
I want to go to the Farmers' Market now
because I have done enough sitting,
and I want to see some of my farmer friends
and buy a couple apples for a friend
that are grown by the same principles that
existed when the Enchanted Garden was called Eden.
Don't be afraid of the snake.
It wants up your spine.
Don't be afriad of what it is best to Say for your own Life.
All is Well.
