Keep the Beet is asking me to follow up on this.
She wants to go to the Kallah.
How is this possible?
I would need a budget of $1000.00.
The money needs to come from sponsors
who want that, and who are invested in getting me
to the Kallah.
It would be great to go for my own good,

I came home from the Hillcrest Farmers Market
around 2:30 and put my inner child, hurting, to bed.

The Research farm El Guique farm of Seeds of Change
was shut down in August of last year.
Mars coud not make money on this Research farm
due to FEDERAL REGULATION, i.e, gov in the hands of
corporate ears on ag, as I see it,
"Ruuttila said the gamble hasn’t paid off partly because of a loophole in federal regulations that allow nominally organic farms to buy conventional seeds so long as they can document three attempts to buy the seed from a certified organic seed company. What that really means is companies can bypass a company like Seeds of Change so long as they can prove three other companies don’t carry the seed they’re looking to buy, Ruuttila said. The result is only 5 percent of the $10 billion a year organic food industry is grown from certified organic seeds like those Seeds of Change sells, he said."
Please note that Seeds of Change does have many, many other
small growers. In San Diego, Sage Mountain is one of the trial places,
but we have to step up growing seeds and collecting them.
Each local area needs to have its own seed bank.
