So Much Fun at North Park Farmers' Market May 12, 2011.

I had soul satisfying experiences working today
with the vendors at the North Park Farmers’ Market.
A farmer can use a hand up dealing with the pressures
of working all day, driving to the market,
and then setting up for five hours.
Sometimes it is hard to put on a smiling face.
Today I got to be the smiling face for one farmer.
His business turned around about 100%.
It was so much fun to do what I love to do.
I had fun taking photos with kids and sampling.

THE REALITY THAT I HAVE THREE FULL TIME JOBS
IS CRASHING IN ON MY THIS MORNING
The reality that I have three full time jobs is crashing in on me.
I just took two StayActiv pills for my arthritis.
I have been laying off StayActiv for a week, except
for Sunday for the HIllcrest Farmers’ Market,
and yesterday, to keep going.
I am very concerned that during the time
I layed off, I started to get strange sensations
in my legs and some in my arms.
I am feeling concerned about spending too much time

19 year old Sam Murray, son of
Scott Murray of Earthworks,
had a vision to plant one million trees.
I will be bringing on of those one million trees
to the Very Important Planet Reception May 11
with the thought of this being one of Sam's Trees.
This tree is a Walnut Tree that I want to prepare
to plant hereat the Enchanted Garden Intentional Community
near SDSU when we gather on May 29 for our first
Summer Garden Gathering.

CAN WE BE ARRESTED FOR SAYING JUNK FOOD
IS JUNK?
I was just at Hani’s doing some shopping.
We have a household that eats various diets
from aspiring vegans, to vegetarians, to
Nourishing Traditions folks that eat
pasture fed butter and cheese.
We even have some meat eaters here
and one cocacola drinker.
Recently, we have been serving eggs,
so of course I went out of my way to get
the kind that is laid from happy chickens
who run around on the farm.
