One of 1 Million Trees for Sam Murray
One of 1 Million Trees for Sam Murray.
19 year old Sam Murray, son of
Scott Murray of Earthworks,
had a vision to plant one million trees.
I will be bringing on of those one million trees
to the Very Important Planet Reception May 11
with the thought of this being one of Sam's Trees.
This tree is a Walnut Tree that I want to prepare
to plant hereat the Enchanted Garden Intentional Community
near SDSU when we gather on May 29 for our first
Summer Garden Gathering.

Sam planted the seed of projects in his friends to save the future...
Sam was a passionate harvester of water on the landscape, he loved native trees, oaks, redwoods, sequoias, and many more..
He designed and planted food forests,
He was passionate about working animals, I am caring for his sheep dog, snail eating ducks, egg laying chickens,
and gopher hunting cat and he had plans to raise protection dogs
for his livestock vision...
Sam was an amazing grower of organic food...
He wanted to grow dry land grains
on vacant lot's and then graze the land with his sheep...

Scott,
I am deeply touched by your loss of Sam.
I would like to sit Shiva with you.
On the Jewish Faith, there are timings to follow.
One is the one month...
One is the one year.
My niece eva is orthodox Jewish and could tell us.
My dad does many rituals with the berieved in Los Angeles.
I feel the announcements of Sam's Foundation...
could follow these timings.
You are the family are in a deep grief period now.
When ready, I would like to see a more open time when you feel comfortable
to have visitors...to have a community time when we could visit and here
the vision of Sam's Foundation...
Trees for Sam...
I have some trees that I would like to plant here at the Enchanted Garden Intentional Community
that I want to plant.
I would like to have a gathering here for Sam at the community where I live.
