Lot of stressful feelings today, but
made some accomplishments.
I was able to upload Photoshop Elements
4.0 updated to my MacBook Pro just now.
The first time it would not work. I did it again.
I produced the Art above as the first work.
”Me” could have been capitalized.
I also was able to hook up the
SimpleTech to the Mac Book Pro,
as well as the Iomega. I copied most of the
Iphoto Libraries onto the Iomega.
This is just one little thing, but my computer
gives me some peace when it is organized.

Stabilizing the Home Front
This was one of the most positive and grounded
days I have had in many weeks.
The key was spending time at my work
that has an organizing effect on my mind.
When I am at the computer,
I am, I can touch my soul.
Being at the computer has become
another form of gardening for me.
There is a lack of foundation
in my life now, a deep instability.
Today, I was grounding details for
one area of my life where I can make progress.
I was organizing blogs and the campaign
with the Natural Product Expo West,
March 10-11-12-13 2010 in mind.
I WOULD FEEL MORE SETTLED IF

The "Beet" and the Beat of Nature 13 y
Intro:
What's with the "beet"
on the Plant Your Dream Blog
and Website?
Who is Keep the Beet Media Star,
The World's First Talking Beet Plant
and what is the connection between
growing a beet in a pot and regaining
our beat with nature?
"The premise behind Keep the Beet
is that growing a beet gives people the confidence
to grow a slew of their own organic fruits,
herbs and veggie varietals.
For those with a gray thumb,
this could be a long anticipated solution
that years of therapy couldn’t even cultivate."

Story from Whole Life
Crucial moment in my life now.
This is a story that is in my book

I was having difficulty using the printer.
I find that if it is stuck, and I do a scan,
The printer gets unjammed.
I was wanting to print part of an agreemnet

I was out of ink.
I went to acupuncture and then did all of my errands.
I could not get the iphone to sync.
I am out of sync too.
I was able to get the printer to work after I scanned this.

Living Situation:
It is making me flip out,
but there are many other things in my life
that are rich. Thus sayeth
the reassuring voice of a really special
ally, my accupuncturist supervisor.
He mentions that he has had suicidal feelings
at times in his life.
I woke up today feeling I was out of integrity.
I have been taking steps in the last few days
to stablize the house, so I have more time
to make better decisions.
I do not have another place that feels right to live.

Yesterday was Linda Hill’s Birthday.
I left for a personal retreat yesterday,
a few days away from the house perhaps,
but as soon as I got up to Encinitas
and looked around at another person’s burdens
it triggered my own.
There was no peace to be found there,
I had a big enough mess of my own at home
and pressing events made me want to return
almost immediately.
A series of burdens have been pressing
me with desires to leave here for a more simple life.
There have been immense stress points.

My father is reaching out for help

She is already in a retirement home.
My dad would prefer not to be in a retirement home.
His apartment is now invaded by rats,

bother him on the street or break into his apartment
periodically.
My niece Eva has been doing a lot of the family

Thank you for the tremendous opportunity.
