Living Situation: Makes Me Flip Out
Just had an accupuncture treatment

Living Situation:
It is making me flip out,
but there are many other things in my life
that are rich. Thus sayeth
the reassuring voice of a really special
ally, my accupuncturist supervisor.
He mentions that he has had suicidal feelings
at times in his life.
I woke up today feeling I was out of integrity.
I have been taking steps in the last few days
to stablize the house, so I have more time
to make better decisions.
I do not have another place that feels right to live.
I would stay living here if I could live here
unemcumbered, and thought free from this place,
enough thought free enough to deal with my possessions.
Things have improved.
Two very important relationships have improved
for the better.
One was a pre-occupation.
It is not fully resolved, but at least solving
this much of the adversarial relationship
will give me more time to find my own mind.
My mind is consumed by manigerial duties.
I do not want to do these duties.
They take me away from the place in my life
that is rich.
I have checked out a few places to live,
but nothing feels right.
If I could at least feel free here for a while,
while I extricate myself from the situation,
or the situation allows me to be here without
having to manage this place.
Right now the #1 thing is taking care of my mind.
This happens when I do meaningful work.
WHAT TO DO TODAY?
I am going to Staples to get a few things
that I can remedy. This are simple things.
More cartridges for the printer. a pencil sharpener.
Some paper to print on.
It would also feel really good if I got some
help with my Iphone.
It would be a breakthrough if I could find out
how to have my phones sync up again when I made
changes in my address book.
I do not have a lot of energy to put into this,
but maybe I can stop into the Apple Store down the
street, and take a chance if seeing the Genius bar
agent.
THEN..
GO to OB People's Food Store
and get some supplies of good food to eat.
I am out of gluten free bread.
I added some clay to the rice I ate this morning.
That may have helped a lot some.

OK, I do not have a solution
right now for my living situation
that I can stand firm upon,
but I did make a satisfactory solution
to one more stress point this morning
before I came in for accupuncture.
The other day,
I went away on a personal retreat.
I got there to a home in Encinitas,
but it was so filled with stress points
of its own, and things I would have to deal with,
that I turned around and came home.
That was a good decision to come up.
Two other resolutions happened that were
positive,
and then, today, one more temporary resolution
that was positive.
If I could work with my photo oreganization
on my computer, and throw a few things away
in my room, that would also be positive.
O.K.
This is a plan for the next few hours that could work.
I have a plan for now.

OH...forgot...
extend appointment one week out.
Set up flowers that are in my van.
