This is a Holy Day.
It is a Day for the Great Cloudcover.
The Story that goes with this day is
that we are nearing the Mountain.
Tonight begins the Marriage with God
at the Mountaintop.
In the Tradition of those who gathered at
Sinai to receive the Ten Commandments,
this is the moment of the coming together
of the 12 Tribes.
I saw that coming together of the 12 Tribes
to some extent, at the I Can Do It! 2010 Conference
that convened at the San Diego Convention Center
May 14-15-16.

The last hour of I Can Do It 2010
San Diego, tired and weary,
members of the conference were
waiting in line to receive wristbands
that contained the Keynotes and workshops.
I arrived at the conference
in time to assembly my stroller
with spectacular I Can Do It!! Foods
I had gathered at the Hillcrest Farmers; Market
an array of aromatic herbs, and
an array of beautiful flowers to give away.
I was now on a mission.

Wow!!
I really got so much spending a few intimate moments
with Marci Shimoff and her friends after her workshop.
I got a shout for making it with
”The Ultimate Gardener,”
the HCI Book that was dedicated to me.
It is amazing how even after
we do things do be more than enuf
we still can be in moments when we feel
less than.
I was in that space over the weekend.
I really needed to work hard
to make it to Sunday.
I almost gave up on Saturday night
of the I Can Do It Conference.

The folks at Belleville Farmer’s Market in St. Clair County, IL, had this idea for a “taste buds truck.” Sounds kinda nuts, right? Well, their idea was to tackle childhood obesity by driving to local schools, and showing kids how tasty fruits and veggies can be.
They submitted it to the Pepsi Refresh Project.
People voted.
And the Belleville folks won a $25,000 Pepsi Refresh Grant.
The Pepsi Refresh Project is giving millions to fund ideas people care about.

I love Byron Katie.
I imagine most people who say that
mean that have interacted with her work
and because of her their work with her work,
they love her.
I have never studied her work.
I sat in her workshop for about maybe ten minutes
twice at the I Can Do It! 2010.
My interactions with Byron Katie
were all very personal.

I just woke up in an intense nightmare
accompanied by sick feelings in my body,
almost headachy feelings, as if some stuck
energy was being moved. Part of the stuck
energy is still in my head and gut. I feel
a heaviness that wants to be dispelled,
almost thrown up. It is like thick cream

A highlight of I Can Do It! 2010
Day One, among many...

energetically pure, we will combine forces.
The heaven’s sing!
She looks really good in her tees.
I feel I need to feed her and the tee boutique family
some real food, I will decorate their booth tomorrow.

I Can Do It! was a reunion of souls
for me Day One.
The day was profound.
Friday were workshop intensives.
If you live in San Diego, this conference is a lot to be missed
event.
Lots of deeply feelings to process for me.
I sort of retired in 2005 after the International Feng Shui
Conference that we had here in San Diego at the
Hilton Bay Resort. This felt like a homecoming.
Louise hay is to be congratulated for drawing together
a profound group of attendees who came here from around the
world.
