Buying Into Something That Isn't Working

This is a Holy Day.
It is a Day for the Great Cloudcover.
The Story that goes with this day is
that we are nearing the Mountain.
Tonight begins the Marriage with God
at the Mountaintop.
In the Tradition of those who gathered at
Sinai to receive the Ten Commandments,
this is the moment of the coming together
of the 12 Tribes.
I saw that coming together of the 12 Tribes
to some extent, at the I Can Do It! 2010 Conference
that convened at the San Diego Convention Center
May 14-15-16.
Hay House is now holding the reigns
as best as I can see of an important convergence.
I bless them that they be up to the task.
I have been following the evolution of consciousness
since the early 70's when I was drawn out of the System
that was not working for me, a broken system that
produces graduates ill equipped to meet the demands
of the world now here, a world that asks
me once again live in harmony with nature,
a world that demands for our very survival
and fulfillment that we stop buying into what
is not working, and begin enliving what from
the beginning was intended to prosper here
on earth--human kindness and generosity of spirit.
My mother died when I
was 12. My father was a rager with religious bents.
The gift of this line of parenting was that it forced
me at an early age to discover what was working
and spending many years seeing what does work
and what does not work.
The world now desperately needs its prophets
more than it needs more Stars to be teaching
how to turn a profit off of sickness and a lack of
understanding of the rules of this planet from
down at the level of soil and soul.
There is a realignment
taking place right now as we speak.
Nature, is by her nature, is enormously prolific
and abundant. Her abundance comes to each of us
as we partake
of whole systems, and when we feast in the
consciousness of wholeness.
A simple way to say this is Love.
Love thy neighbor.
Know Thy Self as Love incarnate
intending to Imagine and plant a lovely world.
I call this work Plant Your Dream.
This work involves literally rooting your
Seed Dreams in living fertile earth.
David Bohm, a quantum physicist and disciple
of Krisnamurti, defined consciousness as one unbroken
wholeness in flowing movement. The Enchanted Garden,
a name for our renewed earth and the a choice for
this 1000 years of a peaceful millennium, are one and in the same.
Albert Einstein, a genius scientist who also knew the human
spirit, and Raj Patel, the great spokesperson
on the global food crisis both had their finger on the pulse
of nature when they honored in different ways
these sayings:
"Not everything that counts can be counted
Not everything that can be counted counts."

APPLYING I CAN DO IT! Principles
to issues in the world that now ask wholeness
Wayne Dyer, a keynote speaker at
I Can Do It! 2010 San Diego May 14-15-16
brought up real time issues. He spoke of
Obesity and GMO issues. His own health concerns
had given him a wake up call.
I admired that he was applying is years
of years of positive thinking to worldly issues.
This is the mandate for all of us now.

Last week, Obama decried what he called a badly failed offshore drilling system and said failures extended to the federal government and its "cozy" relationship with oil companies.
