Woke up in an intense nightmare of
deep meaning. This is a healing dream
I need to write down.

I just woke up in an intense nightmare
accompanied by sick feelings in my body,
almost headachy feelings, as if some stuck
energy was being moved. Part of the stuck
energy is still in my head and gut. I feel
a heaviness that wants to be dispelled,
almost thrown up. It is like thick cream
pasteurized, mixed with white sugar.
The Dream:
There is an evil box in the dream,
a kind of pandora's box filled with negatives
that was being discharged.
These are negatives, waiting for
the marriage with their positives.
The box contained some of my worst unspoken fears
and had monster overtones.
i am going to write this out.
There is a character in the dream
who represents my neighbor across the
canyon. The canyon divides us,
but the people on the other side of
the canyon are a big part in my life,
just as Sanda is a big part in my life.
I see a rope bridge connecting
the two sides of the canyon.
The trees going from side to side
are a part of that rope bridge.

often we know a woman, then we love
them. This is better: To love her
