I have a friend John Vasconcellos
who was the premiere statesman
in California politics for 38 years.
He was termed out last year as
a Senator from Silicon Valley.
His Legacy is creating
a new network called the Politics of Trust.
that is all about participatory democracy.
I met John at an event called Politics and the
New Age in the early 80’s and we have
been friends since.

In Whole Foods, they have designated
Catagories...or at least they used to...
i,e, Kosher, Vegan, Organic, etc..little stickers
under the products...

These are foods produced with Heart and Soul
by Enchanted Garden Club Members....

In Dr. Jensen's Day,
preservation gave foods
an Eternal Shelf Life so they
would not spoll and bugs
would not eat them.
GMO'shave advanced the cause
of helping our Profit Motivated
make an extra dime here and there.
Spoliage is no longer
a problem at Vons, not for
cookies, and not for what
we use to imagine were strawberries....
Just came home from Von’s.
I always enjoy the inspiration going
in there. I catch the headlines,
get to test my ability to avoid
non-foods.
I had no idea the Michael Jackson got off,

I am going to see the film

with her inheritance from the rockstar

Frustrated in the moment...
For every Idea there are 1000 details.
Some people actually know how
to charge for their services so
that every idea covers not only there
expenses, but their time.
I am sitting here...working with
photos, in route to finishing
an assignment I took on.
IT is hours and more hours
of work.
I am listening to one of the Essene Tapes
where John is talking about the enzymes.
I want to do a blog about that later.
I feel like there are things I am suppose
to be doing with my time that are more satisfying
and fulfilling and of service to humanity.

ten or more days of total blowout
with diarrhea...just water.
I know the cause was emotional
to a major degree. When I am suppressing
I do not eat well, and if I do not eat well
the candida can get easily out of wrack.
I admire the folks who can do so well
on raw fruits. I love them, but they blow out
my system sorry to say.
I can get away with small amounts I guess.

Wishing myself a good productive day..
Yesterday was so frustrating.
I had bursts of great energy
but it got sidetracked having
to babysit the 6th International Feng Shui Conference
that will be coming to San Diego,
Aug 4-8.
I am thinking of planning A Day in the Garden
here at the Enchanted Garden Intentional Community
for August 9. That date was originally scheduled
for a post conference, but there is now nothing planned.
I really need to make progress on my image site today.
I need some completes.
I am up against a learning curve about how to charge

I am sitting in the Library
at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine
San Diego. I am having one of those ”bingo” moments
when it is Aha time and if I do not get this inspiration down
it will be lost.

My friend Katrina Frey,
of the Frey Winery,
gave her time to help.
This is my wine of choice.
Went shopping tonight at
Ocean Beach People Food Store.
I noticed the Organic Wine Section
and had a pull at my heartstrings
to see some wine from the Frey Organic winery,
one of the few companies in the nation to
produce Biodynamic Wine, free of Sulfides.
I am not too much of a wine drinker
but when I drink wine I drink Frey Wine.
I take my hat off to my dear friends
at Frey’s who put a lot of Love in their Wiine.
