Ouch! Address Book dissapeared on the Imac.
All listings gone.

Is that possible?
Opened my Address Book on he Imac tonight.
All the numbers are gone.
I can recover some emails from
the email program.
Disconcerting.
I had no idea this was possible on the Imac,
and so effortlessly to lose all that work and organization!
I will call tech support in the morning.
I do not have time for this right now.

Some do the work, others pay a higher rent.

Ran out of the house today for acupuncture.
Did not eat enough.
Grabbed a bag of Sticks & Twigs Curry flavored
Light ’n Cruchy stick snack.
The product had no wheat, no gluten, and lots
of taste as well as good ingredients.
I did not pick up many snackaroos at the
Natural Product Expo West.
I was drawn to the lovely lady
who offered these up.
the main ingredient is short grain blown rice.
There is also quinoa, flaxseeds and sesame seeds.

O Organics, the brand sold at our
local Von's/Safeway Supermarket
was well represented at the Organic Center Fundraiser
Friday eve. I was uplifted to see this, and meet
some of the people behind the movement
to increase organic products in supermarkets.

Friday night at the Organic Center Fundraiser
at the Natural Product Expo West, there were
numbers of tables reserved for donors.
Right front center were two tables
with friends of O Organics, the line
that I find at the nearby Von’s/Safeway.
Von’s/Safeway is making an impact
on Organic usage. It is always interesting
to see the display of Organic Foods growing
in this local supermarket.
They have a sign that says how many organic
fresh foods they have in stock.

Paris threw out the Kombucha Gold Essence
bottle in the recycling. I had to go out and retrieve it.
The other bottle I have from the guys who gave it to me
had no label. It has a ginseng root in the bottle!
Both Paris and I were very impressed with this
very powerful brew made by delightful
heart and soul men we met at the Natural Product Expo West.

There are no shortage of Birds
nor Bees here.
I am returned from
the Natural Product Expo West.
I went out to survey the garden,
the garden here at the Enchanted Garden
Intentional Community, San Diego, California.
I ran into explicit sex,
not more than ten feet from the
Original Apple Tree when all
the stir happened back then
between the Snake and Eve,
only this Time it was me and the
Alligator lizards.
I was the Voyeur.
When I saw them first,
I was not sure what I was seeing.
First i thought maybe I was seeing

Paris is bringing in
a bunch of things from the EG Mobile.
I was about to take a nap when he
came home unexpectedly from the Bikram Yoga studio.
He is pretty worn out from the trip.
There are all kinds of treasures I am finding
as I go through the bags.

Buffy looked good in the red hanky
that I got from Pet Promise via the
Conscious Bus Alliance.
We took photos of Buffy this morning
at Dalya Riri’s house in Seal Beach.
Buffy is now 16.
He is a very loving dog.
His health has improved considerably the
last two years since introducing him
to Pet Promise dog food.
His digestion has straightened out.
He was very, very ill.
Some conditions continue due to old age,
but Dalya is so very happy to have Buffy,
a most loving dog, on this side of the veil.
