Tasty Gluten Free Cracker
I like the ingredient choices in this wheat free
snackaroo. It is billed as allergy friendly and
heart healthy. It's called Mary's Gone Crackers.
Sticks & Twigs. I am eating the Curry Flavor.

Ran out of the house today for acupuncture.
Did not eat enough.
Grabbed a bag of Sticks & Twigs Curry flavored
Light 'n Cruchy stick snack.
The product had no wheat, no gluten, and lots
of taste as well as good ingredients.
I did not pick up many snackaroos at the
Natural Product Expo West.
I was drawn to the lovely lady
who offered these up.
the main ingredient is short grain blown rice.
There is also quinoa, flaxseeds and sesame seeds.

I will buy these when they get in Whole Foods Market Hillcrest,
the store where I mainly shop. Maybe they are in the store already.
