Just in from cupping
stinky water collecting in my main earth worm bin.
Feeling positive,
after early morning gitters
and feelings of instability.
Warm oatmeal going down nicely,
feels good.
Put some laundry in.
Hanging some clothes off the bed.
This is healing.
Been doing a lot of healng around
the balance between Giving and Receiving.
One of those Times
when Inner Stability is the Only Real Stability
that makes sense, so I better take Steps

I got an early morning phone call
from Twin Soul/Best Friend.
It was very surprising.
She hardly ever calls me early in the morning.
She is a late night person.
Even if she has early morning things to do

hoses, and gets our carpets
back to Magic Carpet speed.

Lots to process today.
It is raining.
It has been raining the last three Sundays
in what the state of Ca was considering a time
of draught and then instituting water cutbacks.
The water cutbacks were really making it
hard on Joe and the other local farmers.
I have not been able to reach Joe today.
I did not go down to the FM.
It has been pouring rain all morning.
I went out to make sure the earth worms were covered.
They were drowning out when I checked yesterday.

woke up in the middle of the night.
Had to scream.
I screamed. I screamed again.
I was at some kind of one day event.
I was a speaker.
There was an unanticipated person
someone I knew, a housemate,
that kept having her say at the mike.
There was something about doing
a presentation at a certain time,
but the presentation was curtailed
by the energy of this person.
Then, finally, I was about to come to the
platform for the last talk.
I realized how disorganized I was.

Remembering Danielle

Tonight is Danielle’s Memorial.
I am sorry I am not there.
It feels like a loss that I am not there.
Helena, her mother, was my sweetheart
for five years. We are still good friends.
Danielle was a troubled young woman.
I hadn’t thought of her for numbers of years.
Helena tells me she had a eating problem.
She just stopped eating and drinking.
She went down to 100 lbs. She died on Monday.
I do not imagine that Danielle thought of herself as
being Jewish. I do not know.
Helena was part of our Jewish Renewal Community.
