Going too fast. Body does not feel ready for this.

March 27, 08
Feeling a deep need to slow it down.
Have not seen the quiet part of myself in days.
Spring is going too fast for me.
My body is not ready to go fast.
Adding different foods to my diet.
Not sure my body wants these.
I am not a milk person.
Chef Jem makes a lovely Kefir.
Drank a cup of it yesterday morning.
Not sure yet what my body says about it.
Up oddball hours in the middle of the night
last couple nights.
Seems to be a window of opportunity to
Receive Funds, and yet I am already Jumping
into Vendor Day April 5.

Rhimax...spring update
Rhimax Chemical Free Organic Paper was the perfect solution
for having the Kids do art last fall at the Pacific Symposium -07.
”I love Farmers” the banner said. We took it to the Farmers’ Market
and the farmers were uplifted. With water shortages facing local farmers
in San Diego, Rhimax may be a great farming solution.

Bread that's Staff of Life 16 y
About French Meadow Bakery and Lynn Gordon,
a dear friend.
This is the bread I eat,
Rye bread, no yeast,
organic,from French Meadow Bakery.
The founder of the company is my dear friend
Lynn Gordon.
i see her once a year at the Natural Product Expo West.
Lynn has a heart of gold. That is what I know I am
eating when I eat the foods that she so carefully oversees.
The French Meadow booth at the NPEW is a boubling fountain
of kindness and friendship. It is about what bread was meant to
be, a Staff of Life.
I ate this bread before I met Lynn.

Ouch! Aspirin! 16 y
Aspirin can cause harm. For me taking too much of it
at an early age, led me to Dr. Bernard Jensen.
In his workshops,
Dr. Jensen would take a common aspirin
and heat it up under a bunsen burner.
As the white of the aspirin burned it turned to a sticky
stinky cold tar. The stench filled the room.
It made people want to gag. The Dr. did this
to demonstrate the ill effects of aspirin.
He said it hurt the liver if taken in too much.
For years, I would avoid aspirin,
even under the most extreme conditions.
Generally, I would get a headache when I burned the
candle at both ends right before a conference,
and then ate foods that my organs could not handle.
I would to ... read more
Bernard Jensen Birthday Quotes-March 25, 2008 16 y
Birthday quotes from Dr. Bernard Jensen
from a talk in 1992 at the Pacific Symposium.
Dr. Jensen quote:
Today is a day to feel wonderful.
I feel wonderful and How do you feel?
You know, when you are living
in the midst of nature, the way we do,
nature is so good to us.
I always come back to that one thought,
Nature does cure, but she needs an opportunity.
We go through life not taking all the opportunities
that come to us.
I mean when we stop and think about all that is
around us. I don’t think
we are thinking about all that is around us
and belongs to us.
Man is a very destructive being.
Nature takes a million years
to build certain ... read more

Dr. Bernard Jensen (1908-2001),
92 years old. He lived into this millenium.
Few of us today know the Very Special Gifts
he brought from Life to give to our Life.
They are essential gifts.
When people came to see him at his Hidden Valley Health Ranch,
now the Hidden Valley Spa, he welcomed them to find
Wholeness in Nature.
We had a place in Hidden Valley where in the Sacred Silence
