Weighed myself and was 14 stone exactly,this is a great milestone for me and my bmi is 24.5 which is officially in the healthy range.

Normal day today.Combination of juice and water.Have broken through the weight plateau at last.
Start Weight 16 stone 8lb
Current Weight 15 stone 1lb
Total loss so far 21lb
A bit about Bmi(body mass index)
Underweight = 18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
My Start Bmi 29 Overweight,borderline obese
My Current Bmi 26.4 slightly overweight

June 21st
Three weeks.I fell off the wagon big time today.Had to sit with somebody in a pub while they ate a meal and decided to have a tuna salad and to hell with the consequences.I ate slowly and easily finished it.Luckily there where no ill effects.Considering that was the first solid food i had in three weeks it wasn’t that tasty but felt very satisfied with no hunger pangs for the rest of the day.
I will try and get back on the wagon tomorrow and consider this incidental.

Feeling ok,and the soups have definitely helped me carry on.My weight loss has completely stalled but am not too worried as i see from reading others blogs that this is quite normal.

Good long sleep.Woke up drank some water.Made some peach and orange juice as that was all i had left.Didn’t really enjoy it.Had a really strong urge for something savoury or salty just something different from juice.This feeling has been building for a few days.I thought about this for a while.Maybe my body needs salt?I said at the beginning i was going to listen to my body so i did.
Took a trip to the local supermarket to stock up on fruit and veg, also bought some low cal powdered soup which caught my eye.Its 10 cal per serving and i bought 4 different flavours for variety.There are h ... read more
