Three weeks.I fell off the wagon big time today.Had to sit with somebody in a pub while they ate a meal and decided to have a tuna salad and to hell with the consequences.I ate slowly and easily finished it.Luckily there where no ill effects.Considering that was the first solid food i had in three weeks it wasn't that tasty but felt very satisfied with no hunger pangs for the rest of the day.

I will try and get back on the wagon tomorrow and consider this incidental.
