B Vitamins - Day 10/11? 15 y
I found my bottle of B-100 vitamins the other day and reading something about them helping with drepression I took one. WOW! What a difference it made. I felt like I had more energy and was much less irrateble the hole day.
Well I donít know what day Iím on anymore as I think Iíve missed a few. I have still been trying to drink more water but donít think Iíve made my goal for several days in a row. This seems to be how these things always work out for me. A few days are gung hoe and then I just fizzle out. I'm begining to think that my stress level is what throws me off of my well intentions. Everytime I get stated and am doing well for myself something gets in the way and I become stressed and let it all fly to the wind. I NEED to reverse this action!
Well, Day 8 didnít fare so well for me. I ended up barely drinking any water at all and the whole thing just kind of went down hill. I went to Whole Foods during my lunch break and that made be feel good. I got some organic apples and mangos and bunch of soup I can keep at work and eat for lunch and a few other ĒgoodiesĒ, pumpkin and sunflower seeds and trail mix.

Yesterday ended up well for me. I finished my required amount...
Yesterday ended up well for me. I finished my required amount and it seems my body might be getting used to it because I wasnít running for the bathroom all day.

Well, weekends are always the worst for me. I didn't drink enough water and I didn't eat that well.. I'm back on the wagon again today.

I had some hot green tea this morning upon wakening. It tasted soo good. But now my question is, Do I count that at water intake? or do I actually have to drink more water now because of the caffeine?
Either way Iím going to try to equal it out. This morning 234.2. At least itís back down from that dreaded 237 number.

Well I've managed to get down some of my water. I actually feel a little bit better now.
Well Iíve managed to get down some of my water. I actually feel a little bit better now. My mood seems to have lifted somewhat. However I am so very hungary today. Itís killing me. All there is in this office is yucky for you snacks and I just want to eat them all even though I know it wonít do any good except make me feel bad.

UGH! Today is not starting so well. Iíve only had 16 oz of water because I had a long meeting this morning. I also knew the post cycle weight wouldnít last. I didnít eat anything especially bad but this morning Whoa.. Iím up 5lbs. I know I shouldnít weight everyday and then this type of thing wouldnít bother me. But I still do it.

Feeling good this morning
Looking up this morning. Did my pull with Sunflower and YUCK, coughed up on big thick ball. Anyways. I was 232.2 this morning. YAY! Still trying to contain the excitement as I know I shouldnít weigh everyday but I do.
Got a good post this morning about asking god for help with my food obsession. I plan to activate this immediately. Iíve already had about 25oz of water this morning.
I ate steak last night and it didnít really make me feel very good. I got a lot of gas after eating it. Maybe red meat isnít for me. Itís the first red meat Iíve eaten since before Thanksgiving and I rea ... read more

Today it has been much much easier to get all the water down. It's just 3:15 and I have already dranken 115oz. I feel good.
I still slept to late today but Iím working on that as well. Itís seems I may have flushed some extra weight away yesterday as Iím down 1.4lbs this morning. (Thanks weight tracking scale) Iím not going to get to crazy about it though because I always drop weight at the end of my cycle.

The first day was kind of hard to get all of the water down. I managed to drink about 84 or the 117oz in need to have for my body weight.
After posting in several forums I thought I might start a blog to track my progress.
I have just recently ( with in the last month or two ) found curezone and am enjoying all the new information. I am currently practicing Oil Pulling and am taking Turmeric. I would love to get some food grade hydrogen peroxide but just havenít gone that far yet. One suggestion I recieved in my quest for a better Ēstate of beingĒ was to start witht he water cure.
