I keep nuts, pumpkin seeds, and other healthy, goodies at my desk. This has helped a lot. Also, I eat small meals throughout the day, instead of 3 large meals. I know there are people that preach only one meal & fasting, etc., etc. I find eating small meals every 3 hours (4-6 meals), along with lots of water, and exercise helped me lose weight and keep it off.
Unfortunately, I have reached a plateau & discovered that there are things on the inside (mentally, emotionally, and physically) I need to clean up to reach my goal weight. Add This Message To Your CureZone Favorites!
