Maybe I just need to play around with recipes a bit more. I can get a litre of juice and prep and clean up in an half an hr. I gacent tried to do more... But the juicer is really fast. I can fit whole veg in too. I don’t need to cut stuff up a lot, unless it’s like a beat or an apple. I noticed I can get a big glass of juice with very little veg too.. The pulp comes out almost dry. My Pleasure, Olivia! If you want to try you may alter the juice taste by adding more celery or kale - will be salty, cucumber - will be softer, 1/2-1 apple will be sweeter, or just water. With cabbage/broccoli it becomes pungent. Or raw coconut water - which is so awesome by itself! In a fresh raw juice there are a lot of enzymes already :) How much juice per hour are you able to make with the Angel juicer? You may try juicing red beets for iron, or juicing greens - that way you take in more minerals (and less fibers) and more phytonutrients. You can build up faster by getting about 1 l of juice every day, or at least 500 ml. You need a masticating juicer though for the greens (I aslo use it for beets and cabbage - mine is Greenstar, electrical). Or you could try Floradix or Floravit for Iron if you find these products - combination of juices and added iron.
