Ahh that is very good to know, played around a bit tonight, made my son and my partner some yummy mango frozen yogurt type stuff. I made myself a mango and coconut milk smoothie, it was all delicious!
I'll do crackers tomorrow. These are the ingredients the exact amounts are in the video I watched... But you just vitamix and dehydrate:
Hot house tomatoes
Manuka raisins
Onions
Carrots
Dehydrated tomatoes
1 tablespoon chilli powder
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon Sea Salt
2 teaspoons cumin
Cayenne pepper to taste
1 cup flax seeds, soaked overnight
Water, enough to reach a smooth consistency
Yumm with guac! Ok I feel bad for any fasters reading this. Sorry. But this is realy great food for that first month of refeeding.
