I will do more juicing. I really don't like the way the juices taste, if I take a digestive enzyme can I not chew the juice? I could easily gulp them down but chewing makes me want to barf.
I have a $1,400 Angel juicer. It's incredible. Too bad I can't stand the veggie juice.

That's good info about magnesium! Good to know.

It would be 23 days from my last fast that I start again. It will be 2 weeks on Sunday since I broke it. I have been doing lots of walking and some exercise.
