I'm sorta in the same boat. I would check my calcium levels and they were fine and then I read that the calcium is sucked out of your bones if you are low on Vitamin D and K. The bad thing is I'm trying now to take a bone supplement but it upsets my stomach. So I came here to get more ideas.
Anyway, I broke my foot walking so am not happy. It's not healing cause of the osteoporosis and I'm about to lose my job.
