Anecdotal here. Detoxadine normalized my thyroid levels in about 2 months on blood tests. Went from about a 6.5 TSH, to about a 2. I was asked about levothyroxine after testing higher, but I declined, and then at the retest, they were normal. If you’re not iodine deficient you should not supplement with iodine especially at those high doses. We only need 100-150 MCG ( micrograms ĺ it is only needed in trace amounts & we usually get over that from our food, milk has added iodine, eggs have iodine, fish has iodine & it’s naturally occurring in fruits & other meats.
