If you're not Iodine deficient you should not supplement with Iodine especially at those high doses. We only need 100-150 MCG ( micrograms ĺ it is only needed in trace amounts & we usually get over that from our food, milk has added iodine, eggs have iodine, fish has Iodine & it's naturally occurring in fruits & other meats. I would implore you to do a micronutrient test to see what deficiencies you have before supplementing any one thing. It is a known fact that high doses of iodine can damage your thyroid & lead to autoimmune hashimoto thyroiditis. Read people's horror stories on what they experienced doing this. You might want to get your thyroid checked & test your thyroid antibody levels. I h p e you're not experiencing any other symptoms other than hair loss
