Hey guys,
I’ve been having some hormone issues for awhile, and they screwed with my gut. I started eating way better and fasting for short periods, doing probiotics, etc, and got myself in big trouble with detox symptoms (possibly candida die-off).
I’ve just come off a 5 day water fast with 14 days of juicing, learned a lot, and it helped, but not enough, so I want to do one more round of detox.
I’ve come up with the following plan to correct this issue, and wanted to make sure it was sound:
