I'd like to add how important vitamin d3 is for the liver. I have stage 4 cirrhosis (hbv). My liver enzymes only normalized when taking 50k of d3 daily along with 4 to 600 mcg of vitamin k2. It also made the swelling and inflammation go away which stopped the ache in my side. True lot was a miracle. Tweet
