Read Wendy from Australia's tale of pain and misery on this forum (Terrecotta stones - I think it's on page 2). She has yet to do a parasite and Bowel Cleanse and has had a very hard time of it. After 3 flushes now she is still experiencing very bad pain and GB attacks and it's probably because she hasn't done the other cleanses. Dr. Clark says that you can't effectively flush a liver that's infected with parasites. Some people get away with it, but many don't. I decided to follow the directions and it worked great for me and my wife (our testimony is also on page 2 I think).

Again everyone is different and your results could vary from the rest so do what you think is best for you. If however you opt to do the cleanses first then you're only three weeks away from the first flush.
