I am seriously constipated and would like to do castile soap enemas, but I need to know how much castile soap to use exactly per 2 quarts of water. I live in Italy, so we use litres here. I read your message about putting the bar of castile soap in a bowl of hot water until the water is milky in colour, but I need to know: how much water do I put in the bowl?
Thank you very much Valerie, also I could buy liquid castile soap to make the process easier? but that would be more condensed than putting the castile bar in water.
