Re: Natural Fibroid Treatment-in Australia???

I've got multiple fibroid, 4.7cm, 3cm and 2.8cm -- from 2009 ultrasound,   which causes heavy bleeding.  My period is getting worse to the point that I'm now anaemic.  Gyno wants me to have hysterectomy but I don't want to,  if I can still shrink it , the better. I also have heavy feeling on lower abdomen and frequent urination. Gyno put me under Promilut(progesterone pill) which causes  my period to come out in clumps rather than liquid, I put up with it for 2 months but then my leg cramps and period got worse and worse so I decided to stop and try natural cures.

I then consulted a naturapath and she  gave me a digestive enzyme (contains lipase, protease, amylyze and bromelians), been taking it for 2 months now. Before that am on raw jucing (carrots, beetroot, pineapple) for two months and meat free diet.  I stop taking vitex cause it can stimulate growth (for some).  I confided to a friend overseas and she says that she cures her fibroid by taking Carica Seed Extract Liquid which is the same as Pawpaw or Papaya Seed Extract for a year 2x a day on empty stomach. I found Papaya Seed Extract on health food store made by Rochway (Papaya 35 - fruit, leaf and seed extract). Am now taking this also.

As for heavy menstruation, Sheperds Purse teas seems to work. I also tried eating a bowl of cooked adzuki beans during period and noticed a slight reduction on bleeding.

I know it's a long way for me to see a result but I don't mind, as long as am not heading for hysterectomy.  There's some improvement,  the heavy feeling on lower abdomen is not bothering me anymore. I'm due for another ultrasound in december so I'm hoping that I can shrink it by then.
